Our concierge service offers a hotel quality laundry service as well as a complete cleaning and preparation of your property before and after the arrival of your tenants. Thanks to an excellent knowledge of the tourist market and season management in the Alps including Megève, La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and the surrounding area. An expert concierge manages your chalet or flat from start to finish: from the optimisation of booking schedules via Alpine Holidays, Airbnb, Abritel or other platforms, check-in/check-out, rental assistance, up to home delivery of skis for your tenants and other services from our partners. Our managed accommodation receives an average rating of 4.8/5. Your travellers have access to a contact person available 7 days a week during their stay. We manage the availability of your accommodation while you can enjoy your property through your owner's extranet. We guarantee an increase in the profitability of your property of up to 50% during the first 2 years of rental of your property. What are your concierge rates at Alpine Holidays? + -
Our services: 20% VAT included. This includes: posting and writing your advert, booking and planning management, payments and deposit, check-in/check-out of tenants, inventory of fixtures, cleaning and laundry (at the tenant's expense), management and maintenance of the property (at the owner's expense if requested). At the request of our clients, we can also organise your stay. This includes catering, ski hire, chauffeur, meet&greet, home chef ...
Do you select travellers? + -
Yes, we pay a lot of attention to the profiles of the travellers who will stay with you, we prefer travellers with positive reviews and profiles verified by Airbnb and Abritel. We establish a first contact with the clients interested in your accommodation and we systematically ask for an ID.
How does the checkin work? + -
A concierge is available to welcome guests during arrival times (between 4pm and 8pm). Beyond this time, a key box is available and a temporary code is sent to the tenant to enter the premises by themselves. We remain available by phone, and the next day we come to check the installation of the clients.
Are we covered by insurance? + -
Landlord's insurance: Yes, the protection of your accommodation by insurance is included in our concierge service on the Airbnb platform. In the rare event that damage occurs. We can release the travellers' deposit, call on the Airbnb host insurance (covers up to 800 000€), call on our own insurance (covers up to 2 500€).
