🏡 Le Hautbois is a very old alpine chalet, renovated with exceptional care. Its charm lies in the balance between:

⚠️ This uniqueness also makes it delicate.
🙏 We therefore wish to welcome only guests who truly appreciate the soul of the chalet and who will respect both the property and its natural environment.
🚫 Parties, excessive behaviour, noise disturbances or inappropriate conduct are strictly prohibited.
🔇 Peace & safety
🚶♂️ Quiet is required from the very beginning of the private access road, which is shared with the only nearby chalet (300 m away).
🔥 Smoking or any use of fire is strictly prohibited within 50 metres of the chalet.
📑 Our insurance conditions are designed to ensure effective liability claims in the event of non-compliance with these rules.
🚗 Access to the chalet
📍 Access is via a 700 m winding mountain road:
Start: Le Plan hamlet – 1200 m (along the Arrondine mountain stream)
End: Chalet entrance – 1352 m
❄️ In winter:
Snow clearance is carried out as soon as snow depth reaches 15 cm (including at night if necessary)
🚙 A 4×4 vehicle with winter tyres is strongly recommended
🚗 Two-wheel-drive vehicles may be possible depending on conditions, vehicles and drivers, but require extreme caution
⛓️ Snow chains may occasionally be required, regardless of vehicle type
