The flat has a terrace with a living room open to the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with its own shower room and toilet, the second bedroom has a double bed and the last bedroom is for a child and has two single beds. In the corridor there is a second shower room, toilet and a laundry room. Access to the ski locker and covered garage.

The Eden Alpes is a comfortable, new and warm flat. It will offer you a beautiful view on the crêt du merle. It is located 2 minutes from the slopes, by car, 10 minutes on foot, and 3 minutes from the centre of the village of La Clusaz by car.
The south facing flat has 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6, a ski locker and a covered garage.

At the foot of the flat is the bus stop "des tendieux" which will allow you to travel by bus for FREE in the whole resort.
